Have you ever wondered if you're being watched on your computer at work? In a sense you are!  Everything you do on a computer in our board leaves a record. Having said that, the board doesn't seem to be employing anyone to sit there and watch what you do, but keep in mind somewhere there is a record, and if needed if could be used. Be careful and safe when using your employers Internet
